Neil Blandford Presenting on Science and the Duty of Candor to Courts at CLE Program
The State Bar of New Mexico and co-sponsor, Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law (NREEL) Section, are offering the Continuing Legal Education program “Recent Developments in New Mexico Natural Resource Law”on December 21, 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The program will focus on recent developments with both significant public awareness and important public impact on natural resources for New Mexico, including presentations of policy and legal updates on the topics of: Land Use, Water Rights, and Energy Development.
Neil Blandford, P.G., DBS&A Senior Vice President and Principal Hydrologist will co-present with Judge M. Christina Armijo, United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, on Science and the Duty of Candor to Courts. Anne Minard, Special Assistant Attorney General with the New Mexico Office of the Attorney General, will moderate.
