Mr. Jacobs has over 35 years of experience throughout Texas and New Mexico investigating subsurface conditions for soil or groundwater contamination, water supply or oil and gas production potential. He is the Midland, Texas office Operations Manager and oversees the Midland staff.
He manages projects for Pioneer Natural Resources, and has worked with a range of clients, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Bureau of Air Force; El Paso Energy; NASA, White Sands Test Facility; Manticore Resources; Kerr McGee Oil and Gas Corporation; Coastal Oil and Gas Corporation; McNeese Logging Inc.; Tenneco Minerals Inc.; and Noranda Exploration U.S.
Under Mr. Jacobs leadership, DBS&A provides the following services to the oil and gas industry:
