Here to Help
DBS&A and our GLA affiliates understand that our clients provide essential services that are critical to protecting the environment, keeping drinking water safe, developing key infrastructure and managing waste and natural resources. We are here to help you during this unprecedented time.
Like all of you, we have been following developments concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. Our top priority continues to be the health and well-being of our employees, our clients and our communities. To continue to help you, we have put measures in place to safeguard our workforce, mitigate risks to our team and clients, and promote flexible work arrangements, wherever possible.
Our company includes 27 offices throughout the United States and Peru, and as a result, systems were already in place to allow our employees to connect between offices, and in most cases, no additional changes were required to allow further distribution of our workforce into their homes. New response measures have been put in place to respond to the specific circumstances of COVID-19, and these measures are designed to ensure the services we provide to our clients are uninterrupted so that you can continue to meet your operational goals, maintain regulatory compliance, and serve your communities.
Our staff will be reaching out to ensure that our clients’ project needs are met, and to integrate specific concerns and pandemic-related procedures into our projects. In this way, we aim to reduce our clients’ concerns about worker and community health and safety, project schedule, and budget.
On behalf of our 250 GLA professionals, we remain committed to the safety, security, and well-being of our people, our clients, our communities, and the environment.
Please contact Nicole Sweetland (805) 681-2984 if you would like further information about our COVID-19 response plan.
