Groundwater Sustainability Planning and Social Distancing
DBS&A is currently working with Dave Ceppos, Managing Senior Mediator – Sacramento State, and the Consensus and Collaboration Program (CCP) team on multiple Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GPSs). Dave is providing down-to-earth, real-world advice to the Groundwater Sustainability Agencies (GSAs) we are collaborating on under the leadership of Tony Morgan, PG, CHG. We encourage you to participate in this Groundwater Resources Association (GRA) of California webcast event, “The Urge to Merge – How to Engage in a Socially Distanced World,” taking place on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
