Austin Brownfields Redevelopments

The City of Austin, Texas, is home to several transformed and vibrant former Brownfields property redevelopments. Under DBS&A’s Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Assessment, Investigation, and Remediation Services (AIRS) contract, we contributed to the redevelopment of three of four former Brownfields properties along the tour.

Site #1 on the tour is the 12-acre Plaza Saltillo Railyard Property, #2 is the Holly Shores Festival Beach Food Forest Site, and #3 is the South Central Waterfront.
