Litigation Services

DBS&A's Litigation Services Division provides environmental forensics expertise in support of environmental litigation, cost allocation, alternative dispute resolution, and water rights proceedings. The division is a team of professionals that includes specialists in hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry, contaminant fate and transport, groundwater modeling, document indexing and management, data visualization, courtroom exhibits, and report production. Specific areas of expertise in environmental litigation support include interpretational hydrogeology, contaminant fate and transport studies, and numerical flow and transport modeling. The Litigation Services Division also offers expert witness testimony during trial, as well as specialized capabilities in developing courtroom exhibits using GIS, animation, and other visual technologies. We are familiar with and responsive to the tight deadlines and sensitivities that frequently accompany environmental litigation.
